Job Description

Providing essential physical therapy services, this opportunity is tailored for a licensed Physical Therapist eager to support students in a K-12 educational environment. The role is based onsite in Santa Ana, CA, offering services to a diverse caseload spanning preschool through high school students. This position is a contract assignment covering maternity leave through the end of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality physical therapy interventions to students aged preschool through high school.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students, currently averaging 20 billable hours per week with potential fluctuations.
  • Collaborate effectively with educational staff and families to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Adapt therapy plans to accommodate student needs and school schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Active California Physical Therapist license.
  • Proven experience working with pediatric populations in an educational or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (preferred 30+ hours per week) or part-time (around 20 hours).
