Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt interventions for different ages and developmental levels
• Experience collaborating with PTAs and interdisciplinary teams a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services to students, as outlined in IEPs
• Assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and maintain thorough documentation
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and auxiliary staff to support student goals
• Supervise and guide PTAs as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based therapy

This contract position offers approximately 20 hours per week, providing a manageable schedule while making a meaningful impact in students lives.
