Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) License required
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt interventions for different ages and developmental levels
- Experience collaborating with PTAs and interdisciplinary teams a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative PT services to students, as outlined in IEPs
- Assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and auxiliary staff to support student goals
- Supervise and guide PTAs as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based therapy

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
