As the sole physical therapist for this position, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement interventions tailored to a vibrant student caseload at the end of the school year.

Qualifications:

• Active State of California Physical Therapist License required
• Previous experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Passion for fostering student development and adapting strategies to individual needs
• Confidence managing a varied elementary caseload independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with school staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop personalized plans of care that foster participation and success in school activities
• Deliver therapeutic services directly to students on-site
• Monitor, document, and report progress on student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support integrated learning experiences
• Provide guidance on adaptive equipment, positioning, or movement strategies as needed
