Key Qualifications:

  • Completed Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Physical Therapist license for Minnesota
  • Prior experience in school settings or pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement creative interventions tailored to individual student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school environments
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to support the creation and monitoring of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and allied professionals to promote students access to their educational program
  • Educate families and school staff on physical therapy interventions, adaptive equipment, and strategies to support student participation
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
