Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students development and growth as a Physical Therapist in a vibrant school environment near Vail, AZ. This position runs from January 4th through May 28th, offering the chance to impact two schoolsone K-8 and one elementary campus. Youll work full-time, providing direct PT services and collaborating with educators and families to ensure student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy settings strongly preferred
• Proficient with IEP documentation and related processes
• Ability to work independently across multiple school sites as an itinerant PT
• Solid communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services for a diverse caseload of K-8 and elementary aged students
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and track progress
• Work closely with other special education professionals, attending team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the IEP system
• Provide consultative support to staff and families to promote student access and participation
• Travel between two school locations (mileage reimbursement applies)

This contract position offers a stable, full-time schedule40 hours per weekallowing for meaningful relationships with students and staff.
