This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist to provide specialized services within a school setting in Sahuarita, AZ. The role focuses on supporting students impacted by Autism during the 26/27 school year, offering direct, onsite therapy services two days per week. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in pediatric therapy and a passion for helping children achieve their developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy assessment and intervention to students affected by Autism.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and parent communication as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Physical Therapy License.
- Valid IVP fingerprint card.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
Location and Schedule:
- Onsite position based in Sahuarita, Arizona.
