Youll support both an elementary and a middle school near Round Lake, IL, providing essential therapy services just two days per week. Qualifications and Experience:

• Possession of a current Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare physical therapy settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Adaptable and organized to travel between two nearby campuses as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students with diverse needs within elementary and middle school environments
• Collaborate with educators and other support staff to address students mobility and functional needs
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain compliant documentation
• Guide staff and caregivers on supporting students physical development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Promote safety, independence, and overall well-being within school settings
