School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)

Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based opportunity in the Romeoville area! Join a collaborative team helping students build mobility, independence, and confidence in the educational setting.

Position Details:

  • 37.5 Hours Per Week
  • Full-Time Preferred 
  • Elementary through Transition-Age Students
  • Caseload of Approximately 35-45 Students
  • Travel Between School Sites

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Support mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipment needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, nurses, and families
  • Complete documentation and progress reporting

Qualifications:

  • MPT or DPT Required
  • Active Illinois Physical Therapy License
