Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
• Strong interest in working within a school setting; previous schools-based experience is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting students physical and academic growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Eagerness to contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across PreK12th grade
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to students educational and developmental needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to design and monitor individualized plans
• Maintain thorough documentation, adhering to district, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, and ongoing support for student progress
• Contribute to the continued development of a supportive and engaging school community

This position spans 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, offering dedicated time to foster student success in a dynamic learning atmosphere close to Wilmington, NC.
