Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Michigan physical therapist license in good standing
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create customized, student-centered treatment plans
• Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in various grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school), focusing on functional mobility and participation
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs
• Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and encourage classroom success
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in line with school and regulatory standards
• Consult on accommodations and assistive devices to facilitate access and participation in school activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on student goals and supports
