Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Familiarity with IEPs and the ability to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students motor skills, balance, and functional mobility to identify areas for support
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized physical therapy plans in alignment with students educational goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff on student progress and necessary accommodations
  • Provide direct PT services in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to team planning
  • Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student mobility and access
