Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with K-12 students in a school-based environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students in need of physical therapy services
- Deliver direct therapy sessions in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Communicate regularly with educators, administrators, and family members regarding student progress and goals
- Contribute to the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive student support
- Maintain records and comply with all school and state documentation requirements
