Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in a school, pediatric, or similar setting
• Understanding of IEP documentation and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support staff
• Strong communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop measurable goals for students physical mobility and access to curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for accommodations or equipment
• Collaborate with teachers, nursing staff, and related service professionals to integrate therapy goals into students school routines
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
