Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based physical therapy (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students with a variety of needs in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Assess students motor skills and develop individualized goals and treatment strategies
• Document progress, adapt plans, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Educate and support staff and families on safe techniques that facilitate students participation in school activities
• Collaborate with the school team to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
