Make a meaningful impact by supporting the growth and development of students from preK through 12th grade in a school-based setting. A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services in a collaborative and nurturing environment not far from the Plainwell, MI area.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license is required
• Prior pediatric experience is a must
• Strong communication skills to connect with students, families, and educational teams
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload ranging from early childhood to high school age
• Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students across preK-12 age groups, adapting interventions to individual needs
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student mobility, participation, and access in school settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations for student success
• Maintain all documentation and reporting according to school and state standards
• Serve as a resource for staff and families on physical development and mobility strategies

This contract position offers 30-32 hours per week, ideally over 4 days, providing a supportive schedule that leaves room for work-life balance.
