Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse age groups and needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Educate staff and families regarding support strategies and interventions
