Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license for Indiana
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
• Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to integrate service into existing weekly commitments
• Clear communicator and advocate for student health and mobility needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT services onsite to a caseload of nine students, aligned with individualized educational plans
• Assess, develop, and implement therapy goals and interventions
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote a supportive environment for students physical development and access to learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning, as needed
