You will be serving a single school site, managing a manageable caseload of just nine students. This role requires only one on-site day per week, totaling 7 hours weekly. Required Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license for the state of Indiana
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to organize and implement therapy sessions on-site one day per week
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with educators and families
• Commitment to providing individualized care and supporting student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a small caseload of students in accordance with their IEPs
• Assess and document student progress, collaborating with academic staff and parents
• Develop and implement therapeutic activities to support student learning and mobility
• Maintain accurate records and participate in scheduled team meetings as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices
