Key Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience or interest in school-based or pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP development and goal setting for students in K12
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Document progress, communicate effectively with school teams and parents, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to meet students gross motor, mobility, and functional needs during the school day
• Collaborate with classroom staff to create an inclusive environment
• Adjust interventions as needed to ensure every students access and success
