Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active PT licensure required

• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of about 30 students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What Youll Do:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to preschool students in alignment with IEP goals and state guidelines
• Assess students, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Work alongside educators, families, and other therapy professionals to foster student participation and independence
• Incorporate evidence-based interventions to promote functional mobility and participation in the classroom
• Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on student response and teacher feedback
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultations as needed
