Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold current New Jersey Physical Therapist credentials and license
• Previous experience working as a PT in school settings strongly preferred
• Capable of managing a diverse K-12 caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Passion for empowering students of all ages and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support students physical growth and educational goals
• Deliver direct therapy services and interventions within individual and group sessions
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure integration of physical therapy goals
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
