Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold current New Jersey Physical Therapist credentials and license
- Previous experience working as a PT in school settings strongly preferred
- Capable of managing a diverse K-12 caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
- Passion for empowering students of all ages and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support students physical growth and educational goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and interventions within individual and group sessions
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure integration of physical therapy goals
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
