Key Qualifications:

• Current Arizona physical therapist license (required)
• Masters degree in Physical Therapy

• Creative, flexible approach to problem-solving and adapting interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students physical development and functional abilities within the educational setting
• Develop, update, and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans as part of IEP teams
• Provide direct therapy services to students, incorporating evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success and accessibility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports for IEP meetings
• Educate staff and families about strategies to support students physical growth and participation in school activities
