Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a school district in Philadelphia to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) for a rewarding part-time opportunity serving K-8 students. This role offers consistent hours, a small caseload, and guaranteed summer work through ESY services.
Position Overview
- Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Location: Philadelphia, PA 19102
- Schedule: 2 days per week
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:45 PM
- Weekly Hours: 16.5
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: Through June 17, 2027
- ESY Coverage: Confirmed summer assignment available
- School Sites: One campus
- Student Population
- K-8 students
- Caseload of approximately 10 students
- Individualized therapy services to support educational outcomes
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
What You'll Do
- Evaluate students and develop treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
- Participate in educational team meetings
