Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Proficiency with relevant assessment tools and documentation practices
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students physical therapy needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals in coordination with educational staff and parents
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to support student access to their educational environment
• Monitor progress and maintain clear, compliant documentation of services provided
• Collaborate with other school professionals to plan interventions that promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Provide training and support to teachers and support staff as needed
