A contract Physical Therapist opportunity is available at a school located in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist with experience working in educational settings, supporting childrens developmental and physical needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments to students with various physical disabilities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress.
• Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP (Individualized Education Program) planning.

Qualifications:
