Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid, active Ohio (OH) Physical Therapist license
• Experience working in school-based settings and/or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt interventions for students with varying levels of need
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators, families, and other therapy professionals
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students as determined by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address students physical, sensory, and functional needs
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district requirements
• Educate teachers, staff, and families on therapeutic strategies to support student participation and access to the educational curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative, student-centered approach
