Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of therapeutic principles for early childhood development
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 preschool-aged students

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to preschool students, tailored to their individual IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments to design and implement effective treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and participation in classroom activities
• Maintain detailed documentation for therapy sessions, student progress, and compliance
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to help optimize therapy outcomes
