Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active California PT License required
- Previous experience delivering physical therapy in schools or pediatric settings is desirable

- Ability to collaborate effectively with PTAs, educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering growth and independence in students
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students physical and functional abilities within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Work alongside PTAs and other support staff to maximize student achievement
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Educate staff and families on therapeutic interventions to promote ongoing student success
- Adapt intervention strategies to fit the educational setting, ensuring student participation and safety
