Key Skills & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy models and IEP processes
• Excellent communication/collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to student-driven, individualized care plans
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible caseload

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations on students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's goals within the school setting
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy into classroom activities and routines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reports, and relevant student conferences
• Educate staff and families on strategies for supporting students mobility and participation
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies
