This rewarding contract role is located near Valley Center, CA, with just one scheduled day per week and 7 hours, offering flexibility for professionals balancing other commitments. Qualifications and Certifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist (CA PT) credential required
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of age-appropriate PT interventions
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, individualized physical therapy services to a caseload of students ages 1822
• Evaluate and document student progress, updating plans of care as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings to develop and modify therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt classroom activities and environments
• Educate students, families, and staff about mobility strategies and equipment
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
