Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Illinois PT license required
  • Experience working within school environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with school-based evaluation tools and documentation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable supporting students in diverse K-12 settings
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for students across multiple school locations
  • Prepare clear, compliant documentation and contribute to IEPs as needed
  • Provide professional recommendations for student treatment plans and classroom modifications
  • Offer guidance and possible supervision to on-site staff when necessary
  • Maintain positive relationships with faculty, students, and families to support student progress
  • Adapt to the unique needs of each campus and flex your clinical expertise
