Qualifications and Credentials:
- Valid California PT license required
- Experience with school-based or similar pediatric/young adult populations preferred
- Ability to provide assessments, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine student needs within the age group of 18-22
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated support
- Document progress according to educational and legal guidelines
- Contribute professional expertise to the student's IEP team as needed
