Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid physical therapy license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, educators, and families
• Ability to create and implement individualized plans for diverse students
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students physical abilities and develop customized therapy plans
• Deliver direct services and interventions targeting students mobility and functional outcomes
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into educational objectives
• Track progress, document sessions, and adjust goals as needed for each student
• Consult and collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and outside providers to maximize student success
• Provide training and strategies for classroom staff to support carryover of skills
