Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and commitment to individualized student care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for a diverse student population (grades K-12)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine therapy needs and progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on promoting students mobility, independence, and school participation
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all therapeutic interventions and meetings
