A licensed Physical Therapist is sought for a school-based contract position located in Mooseheart, IL. This role involves providing therapeutic services to support the physical development and functional independence of students within the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Document therapy sessions in compliance with school policies and regulations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of educational regulations and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
