Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Illinois
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students with diverse needs as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine therapy needs and progress
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student participation and educational progress
- Maintain detailed records, write progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate staff and caregivers on therapeutic interventions to enhance outcomes
