Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Physical Therapist providing impactful services to students for the upcoming 26/27 school year. Located near Monrovia, IN, this part-time position involves working with a small, manageable caseloadjust 9 studentson-site, one day per week. Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Indiana required
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued, though strong clinical PT backgrounds will also be considered
  • Ability to deliver compassionate, individualized therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate with school staff and families
  • Commitment to providing on-site services one day a week (7 hours)
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with a passion for pediatrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to a small caseload of students
  • Monitor and track student progress, documenting results and adjusting plans as needed
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teamsteachers, staff, and parentsto support each students IEP goals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and school policies
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff regarding physical therapy best practices within a school setting
