Key Requirements:

• Valid Oregon Physical Therapist License (active and in good standing)
• Experience providing PT services in a school environment is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to provide remote/teletherapy services using various digital platforms and tools
• Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and reporting requirements
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services virtually to eligible students, supporting their progress toward educational goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and monitor student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to state and school guidelines
• Provide consultation, support, and education to school staff and families as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to student care planning
