Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license for the state of California
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting the diverse needs of students in an educational setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students referred for physical therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services as outlined in each students IEP
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school/district and legal requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and other staff to adapt classroom activities for student participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs, goals, and progress
- Serve as a resource for families and staff, offering guidance and support on physical therapy concerns

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
