Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Minnesota physical therapist license in good standing
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs across varying ages and developmental stages

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure holistic student support
• Provide therapy sessions to students from elementary through high school within the school setting
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and outcomes in compliance with district and state requirements
• Educate staff and families on adaptive strategies, proper equipment, and exercises for home or classroom use
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
