Desired Qualifications

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Minnesota (MN) physical therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Commitment to creating inclusive, student-centered interventions

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other service providers to support students mobility and participation in the school environment
• Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Educate school personnel and families on strategies to promote students physical independence
• Adapt interventions and environments to maximize student engagement and progress
