Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience or strong interest in working within school environments
• Knowledgeable in pediatric therapy, IEPs, goal setting, and documentation for school-age children
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with organizational efficiency
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance students physical mobility and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support educational and developmental objectives
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or assistive devices
• Promote student independence and participation in school activities
