Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, planning, and implementation of interventions for students with physical therapy needs
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support each students individualized education program (IEP)
• Develop and document treatment plans and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Support inclusion in classroom and school activities by modifying or recommending adaptive equipment and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights regarding students physical progress and needs
