Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid and active Massachusetts Physical Therapy (PT) license required
• Possession or willingness to obtain MA educational certifications if indicated
• Previous school-based PT experience preferred, but those with a passion for working in education are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions and strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group PT services for students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of services rendered
• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development for student success
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based therapy
