Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current, active Arizona physical therapist license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, educators, and families
• Adaptable and flexible in meeting the varied needs of students across different grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students referred for physical therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to support mobility, balance, motor skills, and access to educational environments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and parents, to coordinate student care and support
• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluations in accordance with school policies and state standards
• Provide consultations and recommendations for classroom adaptations, equipment, and resources
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
