Qualifications:

• Masters degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
• Current New Hampshire (NH) Physical Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt and manage caseloads across multiple age groups
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Assess students motor skills and develop targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes clearly and efficiently
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for staff and families
• Offer strategies and modifications to help students access their learning environments
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and other team members
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based therapy
