Qualifications & Experience:

• Active license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work independently while supporting team-based goals
• Organizational skills for managing a varied caseload and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the educational setting
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families on student progress and accommodations
• Provide therapy services to support physical development, motor coordination, and functional independence
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student abilities and goals
