Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience providing PT services to pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Capable of conducting assessments, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions as needed
• Organizational skills and adaptability to work with varying caseloads and age groups

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students referred for services
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans to help students access their educational environment
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services in classrooms, therapy spaces, or wherever needed
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing to team decisions and student planning
• Communicate regularly with teachers, aides, and parents to support each students achievement
