Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Active Ohio physical therapist license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to students with diverse needs, supporting access to the curriculum
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise to help shape student goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, occupational and speech therapists, support staff, and families
• Travel between school sites as needed to address caseload requirements
• Provide education, resources, and support to empower school staff and caregivers
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
