Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required)
• Current and valid Ohio physical therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students, supporting functional mobility, motor skills, and participation in school activities
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support IEP goals and student success
• Conduct regular assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as student needs evolve
• Educate staff and families about strategies to facilitate optimal student participation in educational settings
• Contribute to a positive school culture through ongoing consultation and resource sharing
