What you bring:

  • Active licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Minnesota

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to support students physical mobility and participation in school activities
  • Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students across multiple campuses as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to align therapy goals with IEPs
  • Track progress, document outcomes, and maintain required records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in annual IEP meetings and ongoing team consultations to ensure continuous student support
  • Adapt interventions based on student response and evolving needs to maximize functional independence
