Requirements & Desired Skills:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students referred by educational teams
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs and educational goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services, using evidence-based interventions to address mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success in the classroom and beyond
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation in accordance with state and school guidelines
  • Educate and guide staff and families on strategies for carryover of therapy activities
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and school-based intervention planning
