Job Description

Provide crucial support to students in a dynamic school environment as a contract Physical Therapist working with elementary, middle, and high school populations. Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students physical therapy needs in compliance with IEP/504 requirements

  • Document and track student progress, maintaining records that comply with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations to support student success
